iPhone 18 Pro Colors: Dark Cherry, Sky Blue and Black Could Be the Final Choices


Apple may be preparing a noticeable change to the iPhone 18 Pro color lineup. While the iPhone 17 Pro series introduced a few bold finishes, the next-generation Pro models could take a different direction with Dark Cherry, Sky Blue, and Black reportedly among the colors being considered.

The latest claim comes from Weibo leaker Fixed Focus Digital, who says the iPhone 18 Pro has entered full mass production. According to the leak, Apple could offer Dark Cherry, Sky Blue, and Black, while Silver may not make it to the final lineup.

Dark Cherry Could Become the New Signature iPhone 18 Pro Color

Dark Cherry appears to be the most distinctive option among the rumored finishes. The shade has previously been described in different ways, including Burgundy and deep red, while other reports have compared it to a blend of burgundy, coffee, and deep purple.

The color could also take over the role previously occupied by Cosmic Orange on the iPhone 17 Pro. If Apple goes ahead with the change, Dark Cherry would give the iPhone 18 Pro a noticeably different visual identity rather than simply carrying forward the previous generation's signature finish.

Sky Blue and Black are also reportedly in contention. However, Black has remained uncertain throughout the rumor cycle, with earlier reports suggesting Apple had considered several darker finishes before making its final choices for the iPhone 17 Pro.

Will Apple Drop Silver From the iPhone 18 Pro?

One of the more interesting parts of the latest leak is the claim that Silver may not be offered at all. Fixed Focus Digital reportedly said the color is unlikely to appear on the iPhone 18 Pro and added that they had not seen evidence of a Silver version in China.

That would represent a significant shift from earlier reports. Previous rumors had suggested a four-color lineup consisting of Dark Cherry, Light Blue, Dark Gray, and Silver. Dummy models and leaked component images have also shown several combinations, making it difficult to determine which colors Apple will ultimately select.

For now, Dark Cherry looks like the strongest recurring rumor, while the exact treatment of blue, black, gray, and silver remains less certain.

A New Color Could Make the Upgrade Feel More Distinctive

Apple's Pro iPhones often use color as a subtle way to separate one generation from another. With the iPhone 18 Pro, the company appears to be considering a more noticeable refresh instead of simply repeating the previous lineup.
